Information in English

After studying political science, education and economics and working for church organisations I am presently working as a freelance journalist in Hamburg, Germany. I have published articles, research papers and books on a wide range of issues from local history to global ecological problems. Presently my main fields of work are global water issues, communication, globalisation and ecumenical themes.

I am writing most of the articles and books in German, but over the years a number of my publications were translated into English and several articles were written in English.

An example is a study on the role of the German company RWE in the global water market. The study was originally written in German for the German Southern Africa Network KOSA. Now a shortened English version of this study and a study by Peter Schnabel is prepared.

Study “Imagine …clean drinking water for everyone?" - pdf-document, 316 KB

Reinhard Bonnke´s Theory

I also prepared a study on a totally different theme, the theology of the German Pentecostal preacher Reinhard Bonnke who attracts large audiences especially in African countries. This study was published by “Evangelische Missionswerk in Deutschland” EMW in Hamburg. The All Africa Conference of Churches was so interested in the study that an English version was produced. The AACC also plans to produce versions in French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Study “Reinhard Bonnke’s Theology - A Pentecostal preacher and his mission – a critical analysis“
